About the Role

We are seeking professionals to conduct internal audits for hospitals, diagnostic chains, and pharmacies, focusing on revenue assurance, operational controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit hospital revenue cycles, OPD/IPD billing, insurance/TPA claims, pharmacy inventory, and medical equipment.
- Review doctor payouts, procurement, and healthcare regulatory compliance, including applicable NABH/NABL standards.
- Analyse HIS data to identify revenue leakages, unbilled services, and anomalies.
- Execute risk-based audits, IFC/ICFR testing, and internal control assessments.
- Prepare process flowcharts, Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), audit workpapers, and reports.
- Identify control gaps, recommend corrective actions, coordinate with clients, and track remediation.
- Use Excel and tools such as IDEA, ACL, or Power BI for audit analytics.

Required Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter, MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, or a relevant Commerce, Finance,



or Accounting qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in internal audit, business process audit, or risk advisory; articleship experience considered.
- Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and ICAI Standards on Internal Audit.
- Solid analytical, communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.

Preferred Skills

- Healthcare audit experience and familiarity with HIS, healthcare billing, and insurance processes.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- CIA, CISA, or CFE certification, or willingness to pursue certification.
