Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales activities, develop effective marketing strategies, acquire new clients, and build strong business relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales, networking, cold calling, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's services, including digital marketing, advertising, branding, and promotional solutions.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and client pitches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative and digital marketing teams to execute client campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and monthly targets.
- Manage client negotiations, follow-ups, and service-related coordination.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and expand the company's client base.




- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or agency sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, when required.
