Role Description The ERP Software Implementation Engineer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions for clients, ensuring that systems align with business processes and operational goals. This full-time, in office role is based in Coimbatore and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, perform system setups, and manage data migration. Day-to-day activities include customizing ERP modules, integrating ERP systems with third-party applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing documentation such as configuration guides and user training materials. The engineer will collaborate with clients during testing and go-live phases, provide post-implementation support, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices. The role may also include occasional travel to client locations and coordination with global teams to deliver consistent solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and database concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in coding, debugging,



and building production-ready applications.
- Candidates should possess experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, integration, and server-side technologies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, and support) and familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, inventory, and supply chain.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, plus comfort with data migration, data mapping, and basic reporting.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document configurations and processes clearly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP platforms or enterprise software.
- Preferred Coimbatore location only.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
