We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to generate quality leads for our software products, including iTours Travel ERP Software and Themestore Travel Website Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in online research, B2B lead generation, prospect identification, and maintaining an organized database of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and other platforms.
- Identify potential customers, including travel agents, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Research companies and collect relevant business contact details, including company name, contact person, email address, phone number, and website.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of prospective clients.
- Support the sales team by providing quality leads for follow-ups and product demonstrations.
- Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.
- Track daily lead generation activities and submit regular reports.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience in lead generation, online research, or B2B prospecting.
- Valuable internet research and data collection skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Search, Excel, and lead generation tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Experience in SaaS, software sales, or the travel industry will be an added advantage.

- Number of leads generated per day/month.
- Quality and accuracy of lead data.
- Percentage of leads matching the target customer profile.
- Consistency in meeting assigned targets.
