Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute structured outreach campaigns that generate business enquiries, follow up with prospects, and re-engage existing contacts. The role focuses on managing contact databases, preparing and sending email and WhatsApp campaigns, organizing follow-up sequences, tracking responses, and identifying interested prospects for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates professionally, and can manage bulk outreach while maintaining accurate contact data, relevant messaging, and consistent campaign tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns for lead generation, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement.
- Prepare, organize, and send cold email campaigns and WhatsApp messages based on defined target audiences, campaign objectives, and communication guidelines.
- Manage bulk outreach activities while ensuring messages are relevant, professional, and appropriately targeted.
- Organize, clean, update, and maintain contact databases to support accurate campaign execution.
- Segment prospect lists based on relevant criteria, such as business type, industry, location, interest, and outreach status.
- Prepare campaign messages, subject lines, follow-up content, and re-engagement messages according to campaign requirements.
- Schedule and manage follow-up sequences to reconnect with prospects who have not responded or have shown interest.
- Track campaign delivery, responses, interested prospects, negative responses, and follow-up requirements.
- Identify positive replies and potential business enquiries, and coordinate with the sales or business development team for further action.




- Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, contact status, replies, and lead progression in spreadsheets, CRM systems, or campaign management tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve response rates, targeting, messaging, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Remove duplicate contacts, update incorrect information, and maintain organized records to prevent unnecessary or repeated outreach.
- Maintain unsubscribe and opt-out records, respect contact preferences, and follow applicable email, WhatsApp, and data-protection requirements.
- Follow established campaign processes and reporting guidelines while meeting assigned outreach and follow-up targets.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Previous experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-up, or database marketing will be preferred. Practical understanding of campaign execution, contact-list management, professional communication, and response tracking is important.
