- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist guests with reservations, orders, food and beverage service, and special requests.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and qualified presentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest queries courteously and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or premium hospitality property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional grooming.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai are preferred.
