We Do Effects is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns, generate quality leads and improve social media performance for our UK-based clients.
The ideal candidate must have practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, marketing automation and social media algorithms, along with strong communication skills to understand and coordinate with clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
* Understand different businesses, target audiences and client marketing requirements.
* Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
* Understand social media algorithms across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
* Plan content calendars and coordinate content creation, scheduling and publishing.
* Analyse campaign and content performance to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
* Coordinate with UK-based clients, video editors,
designers and the internal team.
* Track results, prepare reports and recommend performance improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Good understanding of lead generation, social media algorithms and content strategy.
* Practical knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation.
* Robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
