Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our ice cream parlour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product wastage.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

- Graduation preferred.
- Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management preferred.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
