About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Research Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical information to support business decisions and project development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical research on industry trends, technologies, tools, and market developments.
- Collect, analyze, and organize technical information from reliable sources.
- Research software solutions, emerging technologies, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and documentation based on findings.
- Analyze technical requirements and identify relevant solutions for business needs.
- Support internal teams with research insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of collected information.
- Maintain organized records of research findings, sources, and reports.
- Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and developments relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing research and project requirements.





Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical research, market research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong online research and information-gathering skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and identify relevant insights.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare structured reports and present findings clearly.
- Knowledge of technology trends, software products, or IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple research tasks and meet deadlines.
