Profile Overview

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in campaign setup, optimization, budget management, lead generation, and performance analysis to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Execute lead generation, website traffic, sales, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data to identify improvement opportunities.




- Optimize campaigns to achieve performance targets and maximize return on ad spend.
- Prepare regular performance reports and implement data-driven strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, copy, and landing page requirements.

Skills Required

- Minimum 1+ year of practical, hands-on experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust understanding of campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and budget management.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Practical knowledge of performance marketing tools and advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
