We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve business performance, and ensure smooth functioning of all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily operations of all bakery outlets.

- Supervise Shop In-Charges, sales staff, and production teams.

- Monitor daily sales, expenses, stock, wastage, and inventory.

- Ensure proper stock management and prevent stock discrepancies.

- Improve sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.

- Ensure product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.

- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.

- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Production, and Purchase departments.

- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the bakery, food, retail, or hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Good knowledge of sales, inventory control, and cost management.

- Ability to handle multiple outlets and travel as required.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
