- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings, retail sales, and dealership revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, lead conversion, and follow-ups.
- Guide and motivate Sales Executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Oversee showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle key customer enquiries, negotiations, and escalated complaints.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle sales.
- Monitor sales reports, team performance, and target achievement.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer records and timely CRM/DMS updates.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock availability, sales forecasts, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
