Job Description
We are hiring motivated and customer-focused candidates for the International Chat Support process in the US Tech & Retail domain. The ideal candidate should have strong written English communication skills and prior experience handling international customer queries through chat or voice support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice support experience.
- Communication: Strong written English is mandatory.
- Shift: Rotational shifts.
- Transport: Both-side cab facility / Travel Allowance (TA), as applicable.
