JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Sales Manager

Major Job Functions

- Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities, referral sources, and potential markets.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as required
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and service support.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
- Close sales in a professional and ethical manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and issue resolution.
- Coordinate service requests and handle basic customer complaints.
- Maintain daily sales records, customer data,



and activity reports.
- Submit periodic sales performance reports to management.
- Monitor individual performance against targets and take corrective actions.
- Participate in sales reviews and strategy meetings.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in Sales.

Experience in hearing aid or medical services will be an added advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
