We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer communication, CRM activities, sales coordination, follow-ups, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, quotations, and other required documentation.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams regarding pending requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools/software is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.

- Age: 24–28 years
