Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and basic café products as per standards.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Support daily café operations and coordinate with team members.
- Assist in handling customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Freshers are most welcome; prior café or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
