We are seeking an experienced NX Design Engineer with strong expertise in BIW (Body-in-White) design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Siemens NX, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIW components and assemblies using Siemens NX
- Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation
- Support packaging, feasibility studies, and concept design
- Conduct design reviews and work closely with internal teams
- Ensure designs meet OEM standards, GD&T; requirements, and quality guidelines
- Manage design changes and updates effectively
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in NX CAD (3D modelling, assemblies, drafting)
- Experience in BIW structures / closures / trims
- Knowledge of GD&T;,
automotive standards, and DFMEA basics
- Good understanding of engineering principles and design processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIW design using NX
