Requirements

Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Ability to handle international customer queries professionally.

Job Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries through voice calls.

Provide customer support related to consumer electronics and retail products.





Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
