HR Manager (US Shift)

Location: Gurugram, Phase 1, Sector 20 (Work from Office) | Shift: US shift (night hours, 5 days a week) | Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month | Benefit: Cab facility provided

About the Role

We need a hands-on HR Manager to run end-to-end HR for our US-process team in Gurugram: hiring, onboarding, engagement, payroll inputs and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Run end-to-end hiring for US-shift roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer and joining.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmations and exits.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement, including during night-shift hours.
- Maintain attendance, leave and records, and share accurate payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity and other labour laws,



and keep HR policies updated.
- Coordinate cab and night-shift safety norms, and report headcount, attrition and hiring to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of HR experience, with 1+ year managing people or a team. (Adjust as needed.)
- Experience in a BPO, KPO, IT or other night-shift workplace preferred.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll and HRMS tools.
