Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate lesson planning, curriculum implementation, classroom activities, and academic schedules.
- Guide, mentor, and support kindergarten teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
- Monitor classroom teaching, student engagement, and the overall learning environment.
- Ensure the effective implementation of age-appropriate, play-based, and activity-based teaching methods.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, competitions, assemblies, and parent engagement activities.
- Monitor students' academic progress, developmental milestones, and classroom behavior.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and address parents' academic concerns professionally.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, assessment reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure classrooms are safe, hygienic, organized, and equipped with appropriate teaching-learning materials.
- Support teacher training, orientation, and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate with school management regarding academic planning, staffing, and departmental requirements.
- Ensure that school policies, procedures, and child-safety standards are followed consistently.

Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education or a related discipline preferred.
- NTT,



ECCE, Montessori, B.Ed., or equivalent early childhood education qualification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in preschool or kindergarten education, preferably with team coordination responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Excellent classroom observation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to mentor teachers and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Knowledge of early childhood development, activity-based learning, and age-appropriate assessment methods.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and academic documentation.
- A caring, approachable, and skilled attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
