We are a leading fashion brand based in Mumbai, looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to handle end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Accounts Finalization: Prepare accurate MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and assist in finalizing annual Accounts & Balance Sheets.
- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Handle accurate filing and timely payment of Direct & Indirect taxes (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT).
- Banking & Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate actively with banks and creditors.
- Audit & Budgeting Support: Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and provide full audit support.
- Payables & Receivables:
Monitor timely vendor/creditor payments and track receipts across operations and export/import purviews.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7 to 8 years in accounts and finance, ideally within the production, manufacturing, or fashion/apparel sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally and Advanced MS Excel.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills for vendor and bank coordination.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and readiness to work flexible hours when required.
