- Oversee daily operations on the site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the specified standards and design.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients, ensuring timely communication regarding project milestones and any challenges faced.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure the project is delivered according to their expectations.
- Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
- Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.




- Conduct final inspections to ensure all work is completed to the client’s satisfaction and in line with the project requirements.
- Oversee the handover of the completed interior fit-out to the client, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
