We are urgently looking for Accountants who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities and have a strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to finalization of accounts.
The ideal candidate should be smart, responsible, professionally mature, proactive, and capable of handling accounting work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Pass and verify accounting entries in the ERP/accounting software
- Maintain and scrutinize ledgers
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank and party ledger reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices and supporting documents
- Manage purchase, sales, debit/credit notes and related accounting entries
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers and auditors
- Assist in finalization of accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or related field preferred
- Solid practical knowledge of accounting principles
- Should have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations and finalization
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software preferred
- Manufacturing or textile industry experience preferred
- Candidates from other industries with strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience are also welcome
- Should be smart, responsible, proactive and professionally mature
- Should be able to independently handle accounting activities and take ownership of assigned work
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking only for a data-entry accountant. We need someone who understands accounts, can identify issues, take ownership, and handle work independently from basic bookkeeping through finalization.
Experience
2–8 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Candidates with strong practical knowledge and the ability to independently manage accounts may also be considered.
Number of Vacancies
5 Positions at two different locations.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred due to the urgent requirement.
