Job Summary

COGIPRO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of civil construction, labour management, quality control, and site coordination.

The candidate will work closely with Site Engineers and contractors to ensure that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

Coordinate and monitor labourers, subcontractors, and site workers.

Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Supervise masonry, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.

Monitor daily work progress and achieve assigned work targets.

Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and work records.

Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.

Coordinate with Site Engineers and contractors for smooth execution of work.

Report progress, material requirements, and site issues to the concerned Site Engineer.

Assist in measurements, quantity verification, and material calculations.

Maintain site cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Identify routine site-level issues and coordinate for timely resolution.





Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Candidates with strong practical construction experience may also be considered.

Required Experience

5–10 years of experience in construction site supervision preferred.

Practical knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

Strong labour and subcontractor coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.

Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to monitor multiple construction activities effectively.

Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely completion.
