International E-Commerce Project – Noida

POSITION DETAILS

- Designation: Associate Customer Support

- Process: International E-commerce

- Employment Type: Permanent

- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs

- Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts

- Interview Mode: Online interview only

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

SALARY & CTC CRITERIA

- B2-Level English Communication: Maximum CTC up to ₹5 LPA.

- C1-Level English Communication: Maximum CTC up to ₹7 LPA.

Important Salary Conditions:

- Maximum hike allowed: 25% on the candidate’s last drawn CTC.

- Final CTC will depend on English communication proficiency and last drawn CTC.

- Both the applicable salary ceiling and maximum hike must be considered while finalizing the offer.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate

- Experience: Experienced candidates can apply

- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years





- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)

- Good verbal and written communication

- Basic computer proficiency

- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts

- Willing to work from the Noida office

- Experienced candidates must have relevant documented work experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer interactions for an international E-Commerce process.

- Assist customers with their queries and concerns professionally.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience.

- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.

- Meet individual productivity and performance targets.

- Maintain skilled communication and customer-handling standards.
