Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 8–15 engineers.

Manage technical delivery, sprint planning, architecture, and releases.

Oversee frontend, backend, mobile, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Ensure code quality, CI/CD, testing, and production reliability.

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features.

Requirements

3+ years of Engineering Management experience, leading teams of 5+.

Strong hands-on experience in at least two: Python, React/TypeScript, iOS, or Android.

AWS experience: Lambda, Step Functions, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3, DynamoDB.

Experience with SaaS/B2B platforms, microservices, and monorepo architecture.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.

Positive to Have





CI/CD, Docker, and SOC 2 compliance.

Mobile offline-first architecture and data synchronization.

AI/LLM integration experience.

Industrial, field services, or asset management domain experience.
