Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Asst. Manager – VMC Frame Assembly** with strong expertise in **CNC/VMC machine assembly, machine building, production planning, and team management**. The candidate will be responsible for driving assembly operations, troubleshooting, productivity, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead CNC/VMC machine and frame assembly activities, including alignment, installation, and troubleshooting.

* Manage VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing and assembly processes.

* Plan, monitor, and execute production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.

* Lead and supervise technicians, engineers, and junior team members.

* Identify assembly and mechanical issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

* Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Electrical, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams.

* Drive 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, machines, and resources.





* Monitor assembly progress and ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

* Drive improvements in assembly efficiency, productivity, quality, and cycle time.

* Provide technical guidance, leadership, and decision-making support to the assembly team.

Required Skills

* Robust experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly and machine building.

* Excellent knowledge of machine frame assembly and mechanical alignment.

* Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in production planning and execution.

* Strong team handling and leadership experience.

* Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement.

* Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to work under production targets and delivery commitments.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from CNC/VMC machine manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, CNC machine building, VMC assembly, or heavy mechanical machine assembly backgrounds will be preferred.
