Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch In-Charge to manage daily branch operations, lead the team, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations and supervise staff.
- Handle used-gold buying and pledged-gold release activities.
- Ensure accurate gold valuation, documentation, and transaction records.
- Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an NBFC or old-gold-buying company is mandatory.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of branch operations, sales, and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
