Job Summary

ACE PMC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards across commercial and residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction quality, inspecting materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining QA/QC documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures.
- Conduct inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify material test certificates.
- Monitor concrete quality, including slump tests, cube sampling, and test reports.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and other finishing activities.
- Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams on quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection requests, quality checklists, test reports, and QA/QC records.




- Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and construction quality assessments.
- Conduct quality audits and support client and consultant inspections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, approved method statements, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in QA/QC in real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in commercial and/or residential construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing activities.
- Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, inspections, and material testing.
- Knowledge of relevant IS codes and construction quality standards.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
