We are looking for a confident, result-oriented and student-focused Course Counsellor to join our growing Gulf Drawings Coaching team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and follow up on student enquiries and leads
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the right course
- Conduct course counselling and convert enquiries into admissions
- Manage the complete Lead → Counselling → Admission process
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students
- Coordinate with students regarding batch details, classes and course requirements
- Maintain student and lead records systematically
- Support admission and student onboarding activities
- Build a positive relationship with students and ensure a skilled experience
- Achieve monthly enquiry, admission and sales targets
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Confident and convincing personality
Good follow-up and sales skills
Ability to understand and guide students
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of engineering / Gulf career opportunities is an advantage
Previous experience in education sales, course counselling or admissions is preferred
