Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily operational activities. The candidate will assist in coordination, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and clients/candidates.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Update databases and operational trackers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and interviews.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment or the marine/offshore industry is an advantage.
- Good email drafting and communication skills.
