We are looking for an experienced, qualified, and dedicated Principal for our College of Nursing to lead academic activities, faculty development, student affairs, and institutional administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with INC, KNMC, KUHS, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic activities and clinical training.
- Supervise faculty members and evaluate teaching performance.
- Maintain academic records, institutional documentation, and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate clinical postings and training with affiliated hospitals.
- Monitor student discipline, attendance, examinations, and overall academic performance.
- Support accreditation, inspections, and affiliation-related activities.
- Develop academic policies and promote quality nursing education.





Eligibility Criteria

- M.Sc. Nursing with the qualifications and experience prescribed by the applicable regulatory authorities.
- Relevant teaching and administrative experience as per prevailing INC/KNMC norms.
- Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of nursing education regulations, academic administration, and clinical training.
