Job Details & Work Setup

- Job Type: Full-time (Freshers / Entry-Level)
- Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
- Work Location: In-person / On-site
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Client Outreach: Contact potential clients, understand their architectural/interior design requirements, and introduce Innov Arch’s services.
- Lead Handling: Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads to schedule initial consultations or site visits.
- Proposals & Coordination: Work alongside our architects and design team to present design concepts, quotes, and project estimates to clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of calls, meetings, and lead updates in the CRM/sales tracker.





Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language proficiency as required).
- Personality: Confident, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable presenting concepts to clients.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in any field (Architecture, Design, Business, or Marketing background is a bonus, but not mandatory).
