We’re looking for a proactive, sharp, and resourceful Operations Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and figure things out independently.

This role is for someone who doesn’t always need step-by-step instructions. You should be comfortable researching, asking the right questions, finding solutions, and getting things done. You’ll get exposure to operations, research, product-related tasks, and working with external resources in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Work On

- Assist with managing and updating product listings and operational information across platforms
- Organize and maintain operational data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Conduct market, competitor, product, and trend research
- Identify gaps or issues in day-to-day processes and help find practical solutions
- Support and improve day-to-day operational workflows
- Research and identify suitable freelancers, designers, creators, and other external resources through platforms such as Fiverr, Behance, and others
- Compare freelancers/resources based on their portfolio, pricing, quality, and suitability
- Coordinate with external resources and track work to ensure timely delivery
- Support social media research, trend tracking, and content research when required




- Take up ad-hoc projects and learn to independently figure out the best way to execute them

- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital platforms is a plus
- Most importantly, you should be someone who takes initiative and gets things moving

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
