The role involves counseling prospective students, handling leads, explaining course structures, and converting inquiries into enrollments while ensuring a positive counseling experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

We are looking for some experienced people who are valuable in communication and also good at calling, Convincing, counseling , sales

Key Responsibilities :

Counsel students and parents.

Handle walk-ins, inbound & outbound calls, and online leads

Handling telephonic, email and walk-in enquiries for technical course and converting them into admissions.

Achieving revenue and collection targets.

Planning for enhancing conversion ratio.

Explain course details, batch structure, fee plans, and scholarship options

Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve enrolment targets





Maintain accurate student data in CRM / Excel

Follow up with prospects and resolve parent/student queries

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Eligibility & Skills Required :

Should have 1-3 years of min experience in similar role with an educational institution

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
