About the Company

PrintCraft seeks an experienced, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily production, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow from initial client requirements through design, printing, quality checking, finishing, and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Management: Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality Control, Packaging, and Dispatch teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, resolve escalations, and provide timely updates on order status and production milestones.
- Quality Control: Ensure final products meet client specifications and approved designs before dispatch.
- Team Leadership: Supervise teams, monitor performance, maintain accountability, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, optimise resource allocation, and improve workflow tracking systems.
- Order Management: Ensure accurate communication of client requirements,



design approvals, and material specifications to the production team.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, production management, supervisory roles, or key account management.
- Experience in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Solid leadership, team management, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, along with CRM software and order-tracking systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
