Your Task

This role involves handling HR orders in standard processes and managing HR-related administrative tasks. German Language B2.2 level is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

- Promptly and conclusively handle HR orders in standard processes
- Clarify customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support and communicate with internal customers
- Prepare and maintain standard correspondence, contracts, and other standard documents as per system requirements
- Maintain HR data and ensure the quality of the data
- Prepare and provide certificates
- Handle standardized internal and external correspondence, such as with health insurers and authorities
- Check data and track schedules

Your Profile

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist with strong German language proficiency and experience in HR administration, data management, and customer service within HR processes.

Must Have Skills

- German Language B2.2 level proficiency
- Experience in handling HR orders in standard processes
- Ability to clarify customer inquiries with system support
- Experience communicating with internal customers
- Experience preparing and maintaining standard correspondence, contracts, and documents
- Knowledge of system requirements for HR documentation
- Experience maintaining HR data and ensuring data quality
- Ability to prepare and provide certificates
- Experience handling standardized internal and external correspondence
- Experience communicating with health insurers and authorities
- Ability to check data and track schedules
