- Experience in Hospital
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions in the hospital industry.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct daily candidate calling, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with HODs and department heads to understand hiring needs and close vacancies on time.
- Track recruitment metrics, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely joining.
