# Responsibilities – Junior Electrician (Nandan GSE Pvt. Ltd.) ## 1. Electrical Wiring & Assembly Execute electrical wiring of control panels, motors, sensors, limit switches, lighting systems, and other electrical components as per engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and supervisor instructions. **हिंदी:** इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल स्कीमैटिक्स तथा सुपरवाइजर के निर्देशों के अनुसार कंट्रोल पैनल, मोटर, सेंसर, लिमिट स्विच, लाइटिंग सिस्टम तथा अन्य विद्युत उपकरणों की वायरिंग एवं असेंबली कार्य करना। - ## 2. Cable Routing & Termination Route, secure, identify, and terminate cables using appropriate lugs, ferrules, glands, and connectors while ensuring neat workmanship and compliance with quality standards. **हिंदी:** निर्धारित गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार केबलों की रूटिंग, फिक्सिंग, पहचान (Identification) तथा लुग्स, फेरूल्स, ग्लैंड्स एवं कनेक्टर्स का उपयोग करते हुए सही टर्मिनेशन कार्य करना। - ## 3. Panel & Component Installation Assist in mounting, alignment, and installation of electrical panels, junction boxes, cable trays, and electrical accessories on machines and fabricated structures. **हिंदी:** मशीनों एवं फैब्रिकेटेड संरचनाओं पर इलेक्ट्रिकल पैनल, जंक्शन बॉक्स, केबल ट्रे तथा अन्य विद्युत उपकरणों की फिटमेंट, अलाइनमेंट एवं इंस्टॉलेशन कार्य में सहयोग करना। - ## 4. Electrical Testing & Troubleshooting Support electrical testing, continuity checks, insulation testing, and basic troubleshooting activities to identify and rectify wiring or component-related issues.

Use of Electrical Tools & Instruments Operate and maintain electrical tools and instruments such as multimeters, crimping tools, drilling machines, wire strippers, and testing equipment safely and effectively. **हिंदी:** मल्टीमीटर, क्रिम्पिंग टूल, ड्रिलिंग मशीन, वायर स्ट्रिपर तथा अन्य टेस्टिंग उपकरणों का सुरक्षित एवं प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग एवं रखरखाव करना। - ## 6. Identification & Verification of Connections Accurately identify wires, terminals, relays, contactors, sensors, and electrical components to ensure correct wiring and functional performance. **हिंदी:** सही वायरिंग एवं कार्यक्षमता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु वायर, टर्मिनल, रिले, कॉन्टैक्टर, सेंसर तथा अन्य विद्युत उपकरणों की सही पहचान एवं सत्यापन करना। - ## 7. Compliance with Electrical Safety Standards Strictly follow electrical safety procedures, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) practices where applicable, and use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. **हिंदी:** सभी विद्युत सुरक्षा नियमों, आवश्यकतानुसार लॉकआउट-टैगआउट (LOTO) प्रक्रियाओं तथा निर्धारित व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरणों (PPE) का कड़ाई से पालन करना। - ## 8.



Quality & First-Time-Right Execution Perform all electrical activities with a focus on quality, workmanship, and "First Time Right" execution while minimizing errors, rework, and delays. **हिंदी:** सभी विद्युत कार्यों को उच्च गुणवत्ता, उत्कृष्ट कार्यकुशलता तथा **"First Time Right"** सिद्धांत के अनुसार करना तथा त्रुटियों, रीवर्क एवं देरी को न्यूनतम रखना। - ## 9. Support Rework & Rectification Activities Assist in electrical rework, fault rectification, modification, and commissioning activities whenever required to achieve project quality and performance requirements. **हिंदी:** परियोजना की गुणवत्ता एवं प्रदर्शन आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने हेतु आवश्यकतानुसार इलेक्ट्रिकल रीवर्क, फॉल्ट रेक्टिफिकेशन, मॉडिफिकेशन तथा कमिशनिंग गतिविधियों में सहयोग करना। - ## 10. Workplace Housekeeping & 5S Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of electrical tools, cables, consumables, and workstations by following 5S and housekeeping standards. **हिंदी:** 5S एवं हाउसकीपिंग मानकों के अनुसार इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरणों, केबलों, उपभोग्य सामग्रियों तथा कार्यस्थल की स्वच्छता, सुव्यवस्था एवं उचित रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना। - ## 11. Teamwork & Coordination Coordinate effectively with electricians, engineers, fitters, quality inspectors, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production and project activities. **हिंदी:** उत्पादन एवं परियोजना कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करने हेतु इलेक्ट्रिशियन, इंजीनियर, फिटर, क्वालिटी इंस्पेक्टर तथा सुपरवाइजर के साथ प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करना। - ## 12.
