Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand departmental processes, equipment, and operating standards.
- Support supervisors and senior team members in routine activities.
- Maintain required records, checklists, and documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety, housekeeping, and workplace discipline requirements.
- Identify and report abnormalities, defects, unsafe conditions, and process deviations.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper use and care of company tools, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent technical qualification, depending on department requirements.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant trainee-level experience may be considered.
