Job Summary

HireIn Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Automation Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, an interest in industrial automation, and the ability to develop customer relationships and generate business opportunities.

Candidates with experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or automation products will have an added advantage. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

* Contact prospective clients to understand their business requirements.

* Explain industrial automation products and technical solutions to customers.

* Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.

* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

* Coordinate with the technical team to understand and fulfil customer requirements.

* Visit customer locations for meetings, product discussions, and business development activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain customer databases, sales records,



and follow-up reports.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

* Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, or MBA in Marketing.

* Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI is an added advantage.

* Candidates with a technical, engineering, or marketing background are preferred.

* Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or automation products is an advantage.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and customer visits.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

* Ability to build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

* Freshers: ₹18,000 per month.

* Experienced Candidates: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
