Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive with hands-on experience in business data extraction, email discovery, contact verification, and bulk cold email outreach. The role focuses on building targeted B2B prospect lists, reaching relevant decision-makers, managing automated email campaigns, and generating qualified responses and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract and compile targeted business data from Google Maps, company websites, business directories, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Find business email addresses using company names, domains, websites, phone lists, and available prospect information.
- Use AI-powered prospecting, email discovery, and data-enrichment tools to identify and enrich business contacts.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including Founders, Business Owners, Directors, CEOs, and Marketing Heads.
- Verify email addresses and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date prospect databases.
- Segment prospect lists by industry, location, company type, and other defined targeting criteria.
- Plan and execute bulk cold email campaigns to reach targeted business prospects.
- Set up automated email sequences, follow-ups, and campaign workflows.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email personalization, and campaign preparation.
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, replies, sender reputation, and campaign performance.
- Track positive responses, qualified leads, and business opportunities generated through outreach.
- Maintain unsubscribe, suppression,



and exclusion lists to support compliant email outreach.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold email outreach, email lead generation, data extraction, prospect research, or email marketing is preferred.
