Job Title: Cashier
Department: Front Office / Operations/ Finance
Reports To: Finance Manager & Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process customer bills and invoices.
- Collect payments and provide accurate change and receipts.
- Maintain daily cash and transaction records.
- Verify bills, discounts, complimentary items, and payment details.
- Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and management regarding billing issues.
- Handle customer billing queries professionally.
- Ensure proper handling and security of cash and payment documents.
- Submit daily cash collection and settlement reports to the concerned manager.
- Follow company policies, billing procedures, and internal controls.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.





Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Good numerical and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree preferred. Previous experience in hotel or restaurant billing/cash handling is an advantage.
