- Ensure products meet quality standards before release.
- Conduct routine quality checks during production.
- Review and verify batch records, COAs, and test reports.
- Identify deviations and assist in root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Monitor GMP, GLP, and ISO compliance throughout the facility.
2. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain lab reports, logbooks, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory norms.
- Maintain calibration and maintenance records of laboratory equipment.
- Support internal and external audits.
3. Safety & Process Control
- Follow laboratory safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazard-control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Report any non-conformances immediately to the QA Manager.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing workplace
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
- Understanding of GMP/GLP standards.
