- Generate qualified international B2B leads for BPO, call center services, IT software development, backend support, and digital solutions.
- Conduct cold email outreach campaigns to reach international business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Make direct outbound calls and follow up with prospects to introduce company services and generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google search, business directories, company websites, and other lead generation platforms.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
- Develop and execute email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multichannel lead generation strategies.
- Research international markets, target industries, and potential customers across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Europe.
- Build accurate databases of companies, business contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, and key decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms to schedule meetings and generate sales opportunities.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Track outreach performance, email response rates, call outcomes, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
- Use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and automation tools to manage leads and improve follow-up efficiency.
- Apply AI-powered tools and automation techniques to streamline prospect research and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Must have a good understanding of cold emailing, cold calling, direct client communication,



and international B2B lead generation methods.
- Practical knowledge of finding and approaching potential international clients.
- Ability to write professional cold emails, sales introductions, and follow-up messages.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with international business prospects in English.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, Google research, business directories, and lead generation tools.
- Understanding of email outreach platforms, CRM software, and prospect database management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, research, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable lead generation targets.
