- 10-13 Years experience in Project Planning & Control Functions.
- Working for Chemical / ONG Project for small & large size.
- Well versed with discipline working interlinks.
- Development of L2, L3 & L4 Schedule for Engineering and EPCM Projects.
- Planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Lead the project control effort from bid receipt to project close out
- Responsible for quality and timeliness of all project controls deliverables for an assigned project
- Adherence to specified project controls procedures and guidelines
- Liaison and coordination with all stakeholders for controls and troubleshooting on active projects
- Resource forecasting based on requirements for active projects as well as proposals and prospects
- Actively participate in implementation of best industry practices and departmental initiatives
- Conduct Peer/Lead review and participate in regular internal audits
- Measure and control schedule and cost performance of all assigned projects
- Alignment with client on all issues pertaining to project controls for all assigned projects
- Active participation in internal meetings and client connects, critical review of all issues for possible resolutions
- Responsible for integrity of project controls data and information across all deliverables ( Schedule, Month-end / Mid-Month / Weekly Progress Reports, Staffing Plan, Dashboards, and any other deliverables.)
- Trending and analysis of historical project data
- Core competencies - well experience and good knowledge of Concept, Basic & Details Engineering & EPC Project Planning.
- Sound knowledge or expertise in project management software, such as Primavera P6
- Efficiently create, manage, and update project schedules.
- Positive Behavioral, Communication & soft skills for Project Planning & Management.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6
- Primavera, Power BI, Advanced Excel preferred PG diploma from NICMAR/ MTECH preferred.
