Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Installation In-Charge to supervise and coordinate installation activities at various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for installation team management, maintaining installation records and expenses, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing projects within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation activities at customer sites.
- Manage installation teams, allocate daily work, and monitor site progress.
- Maintain proper records of installation activities, project progress, manpower, and material consumption.
- Maintain installation expenses, including travel, accommodation, labour, transportation, and other site-related expenses.
- Prepare and submit daily installation reports, expense statements, and project completion reports.
- Train installation team members on installation procedures, quality standards, tools, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the Project, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Service Departments for smooth execution.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and manpower before starting installation work.
- Inspect completed installation work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings.




- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve installation-related issues.
- Monitor project timelines, control installation costs, and minimize material wastage and rework.
- Ensure timely completion of installation work and proper handover to customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in installation, site supervision, or project execution.
- Experience in manpower handling, site coordination, and installation expense management.
- Good knowledge of site work, technical drawings, measurements, and installation procedures.
- Strong skills in record keeping, reporting, and expense documentation.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
