Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Territory Mapping & Lead Generation

- Identify and map key industrial clusters (Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, FMCG, Agrochemicals) within the assigned geographic region.

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and participating in regional trade shows and exhibitions.

- Develop a robust network of local agents, consultants, and industry contacts to build a continuous sales pipeline.

2. Client Meetings, Negotiation & Order Closure

- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to conduct face-to-face client meetings and technical machinery demonstrations.

- Prepare competitive commercial proposals tailored to regional market dynamics.

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, successfully closing orders and securing formal Purchase Orders (POs) from regional clients.

3. Order Processing & Factory Coordination

- Communicate client requirements clearly to the Design and Production teams at the Vatva plant during order kick-off.





- Serve as the single point of contact for the regional client regarding their machine’s manufacturing progress.

- Proactively resolve any technical or commercial queries between the client and the factory to prevent production delays.

4. FAT, Payment Collection & Final Dispatch

- Coordinate with regional clients to schedule and execute the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the Ahmedabad plant.

- Take strict ownership of timely payment follow-ups, ensuring all outstanding dues and commercial clearances are completed before dispatch.

- Oversee the dispatch planning, ensuring machinery is securely transported and delivered to the client’s regional manufacturing site on time.

5. Regional Team Leadership & Reporting

- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives operating within the territory.

- Set clear travel plans, track daily field activities, and monitor the regional team’s KPI performance.

- Submit accurate weekly and monthly regional sales forecasts, order booking statuses, and dispatch updates to the General Manager.
