Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workday integration tools, web services, data transformation, and troubleshooting integration issues. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Work with Workday SOAP and REST APIs to facilitate secure and reliable data exchange.
- Develop and manage data transformation using XSLT, XML, XPath, and related technologies.
- Configure and support Workday integration security, including Integration System Users (ISU), security groups, and domain permissions.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders,



and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Monitor integration schedules, logs, and error reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing integration maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with security standards.

Required Technical Skills

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Workday integration development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
- Experience with Workday Core Connectors and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes.
- Experience with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and WSDL.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of Workday integration security and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues.
- Understanding of inbound/outbound integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Experience with integration testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, finance, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with JSON, CSV, SFTP, and other data exchange formats and protocols.
- Knowledge of calculated fields, custom reports, and report-based integrations.
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate, if applicable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
