Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
- Understand customer needs, address queries, and provide effective solutions.
- Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

- Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets and performance KPIs.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and sales updates in the CRM system.

Process Compliance & Performance

- Adhere to UK process guidelines, calling scripts, and company policies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Consistently meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent.
- Experience in BPO, international sales, customer service, or international calling is preferred; UK process experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts and meet defined performance expectations.
